Barry Woods–President

After graduating from UCLA, Barry Woods started his first maintenance business, D & B Maintenance Service in 1975. Renamed Woods Maintenance Services in 1997, the business now includes three companies: Hydro Pressure Systems, Graffiti Control Systems, and Woods Services. Barry is proud to have been recognized numerous times by the City of Los Angeles and other municipalities for his instrumental work in city enhancement projects and beautification. A very philanthropic person, Barry has donated to many ch arities around the southern California area.

In his spare time, Barry enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time at the beach.

 

Jeff Woods–General Manager

An original partner in D & B Maintenance, Jeff returned to the company in 2003 to run its day to day operations. An expert in information technology, Jeff has streamlined t he business operations and has introduced many innovations to the back office operations of the firm.

When not in the office or in the field, Jeff can be found on various golf courses in the Los Angeles area.

 

Josh Woods–Director of Sales and Marketing

A Los Angeles native, Josh has returned home after spending the last 20 years in the colder climates of Michigan, New York and Illinois. Learning from his experiences in various business endeavors, Josh brings a fresh outlook to an established business.

In his free time, Josh enjoys coaching his three children, and traveling with his wife.

 

Doris Lemaire–Office Manager/Human Resources Manager

Doris manages a staff of 4 full and part time staff in all manner of office work. A tireless worker, Doris has yet to find a project she could not manage in 16 years of work at the company.

A native of Boston, Doris is a lifelong member of Red Sox nation.

Enrique Lopez

For over 21 years Enrique has been a fiercely loyal employee. Over the years he has managed a multitude of projects. Currently he is the project manager and on-site supervisor for graffiti removal in CD9 for the City of Los Angeles. He is also charged with treating city of Los Angeles authorized murals with anti-graffiti coating.

 

Juan Franco

Having been with the company for over 18 years, Juan has started many a new contract with Graffiti Control Systems. Currently he manages the Florence-Firestone Zero Tolerance Graffiti Removal contract for the County of Los Angeles.

 

Antonio Morales

For 16 years, Antonio has worked all manner of contracts for the company. Currently he manages our UNTAG team which is responsible for removing all high graffiti in the City of Los Angeles as well as assisting the 15 Community Based Organizations with graffiti removal in their council districts.

 

Rene Lopez

Beginning his tenure with the company in 1992 at the age of 20, Rene has supervised many contracts. Currently he manages our MTA Graffiti Removal team.

 

Angel Paniagua

For 12 years, Angel has been an integral part of Woods Maintenance Services. Currently Angel manages our MTA Trash and Vegetation Removal Services for the Right of Ways.

 

Mario Acosta

Our Operations Manager, Mario has been with the firm since 1997. He oversees all our Trash Free Channel crews and is the team leader for the LA SAFE, the call box maintenance service for LA County.
